Pea & Ham Soup cheekyricho Pressure Cooker Video Recipe Episode 1,010

Pea & Ham Soup is so easy in the Pressure Cooker. This delicious, hearty, budget friendly one pot meal will have you embracing winter with a full warm tummy. We do hope you give it a try.
INGREDIENTS:
750g meaty ham bone
10g garlic
70g carrot
80g onion
400g potatoes
200g dried split yellow peas
2-2.5 litres water
freshly cracked pepper to taste.
feel free to add any other vegetables or herbs of your choice

Place everything into the pressure cooker and bring to the boil without the lid. Place on the lid, bring to pressure and turn heat to medium. Cook for 45 minutes and its ready to serve. This soup reheats beautifully, is suitable to freeze and is wonderful in a Thermos or insulated canister to take to school or work.
