Garlic Bread with Pizza Dip

Posted: Tuesday, January 30, 2018

Garlic bread with pizza dip is great for parties. Whenever I serve this dish up at a social gatherings, it is always an instant hit. It is also superb for super bowl. Have your friends watch the game and snack on this super delicious dish.

As always, there are a few changes you can do to suit your personal tastes. First, I use a combination of ricotta and mozzarella, but you can use the cheeses of your choice. For example, cream cheese is a nice addition, as well.

We use chopped pepperoni as a topping, but it can be applied whole or ham or whatever meat is desired can be used. The dish can be meatless for that matter. As with any pizza related recipe, use the toppings of your choice.

For the garlic bread, I find Pillsbury Biscuit rolls work perfectly, but if you would like to do the bread from scratch by all means do so.

The garlic spread is made with a combination of melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley. Feel free to use use additional spices if you with.
